The staff at Palazzo Niccolini Al Duomo Residenza D'Epoca are very professional. the views of the square and cathedral from the hotel are magical. - the restaurant served really nice breakfast and delicious dishes. - the location is perfect, close to a prominent art museum. - the hot drinks at the main bar were very welcome.

Perfectly clean and wonderful place, has exceptional views on the cathedral. It has marvellous location, just off the more popular sights at off peak times and the center of the Historic District. And it's by Arno🙂🙂😀

This hotel met requirements in every way, would definitely recommend. Reasonably priced place, had a memorable stay in september. The breakfasts were very good with self-serve drinks, juices plus croissants and the staff were nice, did not rush us. Unbeatable and stunning location in a largely pedestrianised area was a plus.

This place's king room and facilities are outstanding, the continental breakfast is varied with fruits and meats, and its location in the Duomo area is central, with a professional and competent staff.

Its an oasis of calm and elegance in the middle of a very touristy Florence

My only suggestion is that tea should be available from mid afternoon rather than evening otherwise it was perfect

even before our trip the hotel staff were extremely helpful arranging and advising visits for us. the hotel was fantastic with a great sense of history in an outstanding location. nothing missing at all......
